EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
If you wish, you can exchange or return your order within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. Important: Your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging. Items with a tampered label cannot be returned.
- CHANGES -
At Lagrande brand we know how important it is for you to be comfortable with your size. It is important that you ask us for advice on sizes before purchasing. For this we have a guide for each product. You can exchange your order for another size within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order. The procedure to follow:
Prepare the package with the item you are returning in its original packaging.
Send us an email to hola@lagrande-brand.com indicating that you want an exchange, the order number and the item to be exchanged. We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours. Contact or go to your courier office and send the package to the address we will provide you. Once the item has arrived at the store and we confirm that it is in good condition, we will send you the correct size as soon as possible. Accessories, items on sale, party items, outlet items or special prices are not eligible for return.
– RETURNS –
At Lagrande brand we are sorry that you did not like our garment. To start the return process, please follow 3 steps:
1.- Write us an email at hola@lagrande-brand.com, with your name and the items you want to return.
2.- Prepare the package with the item you are returning in its original packaging (the postal box in which it arrived). If it is broken or damaged, you can use another method, as long as the item is protected.

*If the package is sent by post, it must be certified.
Once we have received your order and we confirm that the item is in good condition, we will proceed to refund it within 7 business days after notification, using the same payment method that was used to purchase it. We will send you a confirmation email.
If the return is rejected, you will be notified by email and it will be returned to the customer after payment of the shipping costs.
REFUND OF MONEY IN CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENTS:
If the order was placed by cash on delivery, the payment will be made by bizum or bank transfer, and you must indicate this to us in the return notification email.
*****If you wish, we can also arrange for the collection of the package from where you want , through GLS. This entails a cost of 6.95 euros that will be deducted from the amount paid. If you choose this option, let us know as soon as possible so we can coordinate the day and time of collection with you.
Important: Until we receive the order, you are responsible for delivering the item to be exchanged in perfect condition. Accessories, sale items, party items, sale items, outlet items or special prices are not eligible for return.
-BAD CONDITION OF THE GARMENT SENT-
We are sorry, we try to ensure that our garments are of the highest quality and we check our deliveries to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. If not, you have 24 hours from receipt of the order to request an exchange. Write us an email at hola@lagrande-brand.com where you will indicate the order number, a photograph of the defect, the date of purchase and the name of the person who placed the order.
Prepare the package and we will arrange the collection, coordinating a date and time with you to pick it up.
Size changes are not allowed when the garment is damaged.
Once we receive the package and approve the return, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund amount will be paid within 7 business days of notification, using the same payment method that was purchased.
If the order was placed by cash on delivery, the payment will be made by bizum or bank transfer, and you must indicate this to us in the return notification email.
